I like a drink called Sparkling ICE. I'm not sure who makes it, but it has zero calories & I know I really haven't had a tastd for soda since I've been drinking it but everyone has their own taste. It's sparkling water & green tea extract.

I have only lost about 60 pounds, but most of the time I'm cold. Then again since I'm one of those pre-menopausal women I can also break out in a sweat at any time - lol.

I would like to be around 160 - 155. I am 52 years old and my doctor told me not to go to extremes in my weight loss. Since I haven't been that weight since my 20s, 160 would be good.

Thanks everyone! How did I do it? Counting calories, exercising (@ least 5 to 6 dsys a week) & telling myself not to give up. I find that I love exercising! I have alot of weight to lose and I don't think you are wrong for wanting to lose 20 pounds. Some people are just jealous. I have been tracking everything since I joined MFP. I unlocked my diary - I'm a creature of habit. I think I'm doing too many carbs and sodium so I'm looking at ways to cut back on that, but any other suggestions are appreciated.
