Suits and ties. They look stupid, and NEVER feel comfortable, no matter what anyone tells you. And really, the designers tell you that this season it's REVOLUTIONARY 'cause they made the lapels thinner, or thicker, or whatever. It's still a suit, and it still looks dumb. I push through the pain. If it's DOMS, the ache will go away the warmer my muscles get. Mind you, there's a difference between DOMS and PAIN. Yesterday I switched my barbell BP for dumbells, cause my shoulder told me to.

I lowered mine WAY too much - went down to 1200 on paper, (and 900 was the reality if I'm being honest) But then I started lifting weights as well as cardio, and eating more - and the results are A LOT, as in MUCHO better. I have more energy, my bodyfat is going bye-bye, and I feel like a warrior.

I just googled a lot - found a cake recipe that only called for egg whites, baking powder, cocoa, some fruit... and instead of white flour i used graham flour, and stevia instead of sugar (1/5), and maybe some other stuff, but nothing "bad" - baked them in cupcake tins to control the portions and ended up with 50 calories…
