I'm a stay at home mom, so our roles are reversed. My husband and I workout together first thing in the morning so that evenings are totally focused on family time.

I've been using the programs on Darebee.com. No equipment necessary and theyou have enough programs to keep it interesting. I'm currently doing the "Foundation" program - a low-impact beginners program. It does what it sounds like, building up basic and essential muscles so you can workout harder without getting injured.

Awesome for jumping back on the bandwagon! So what have you done since making that decision to support it?
