The only thing you need for P90 are weights or bands. I prefer weights. I got some adjustable ones. After P90, you can move onto P90 master series, & then P90X.

I second these. It is not hard to follow at all. And you still get a decent workout. I am having knee issues & I think I might do these DVD's again to give my knee a break.

My husband actually prefers larger women. He told me I could lose weight but if I lost too much, he would start feeding me twinkies in my sleep. lol I was a size 10 when I met him. I think his favorite when I was a 14. I'm in between a 14 & 16 right now. I think he just wants me to be happy.

The baby is almost 16 months now. He is pretty much only nursing at night. He still doesn't sleep through the night so I am nursing 2-3 times a night & sometimes once a day. I'm still here. Just busy with the kids. We are still pushing play. It's just hard for me to get on here & post. I haven't lost any weight but I'm not gaining. I'm just trying to maintain until the kids go back to school. then I'm going to work on losing again.

I did UML for the first time today. I liked it. I have plyo legs tomorrow for the first time. I'm not sure which one my favorite is yet. I know it's not cardio intervals. I think that is my least favorite. I like the strength training stuff better than cardio.

c25k was too hard on my knees in the beginning. I was 270lbs when I started exercising. I was around 230lbs (I think) when I started Power 90. I couldn't do 5 girl push ups when I started.
