I definitely think I should invest in a heart rate monitor. I know I have had problems in the past on the elliptical with my heart rate getting out of control way too easily. That is a good idea ^.^

That is probably literally all there is to it :P I guess I just have to keep going and eventually I will get used to it and be in better shape :) No more shakiness and feeling sick after cardio is a great fitness goal! LOL

I do moderate intensity cardio videos (Jillian Michaels and all that) on the modified side for beginners. She definitely pays attention to warm ups and cool downs so that's pretty good. I think one of my fave snacks is strawberries with goat's cheese, and kalamata olives! YUM! Also, I could eat avocado on absolutely anything, and I love peaches, raspberries, oranges, and pineapple.

I love this story! It's so true! I only took 3 days off and ate badly and didn't exercise, and I've been paying for it all week with depression, anxiety, sluggishness, bad skin, etc... It's amazing the correlations you can see when you go from being healthy to not again. Thanks for sharing ^.^

Hi! You go to My Foods and there is a whole step by step process for creating an item in the database. You have to work out all of the numbers for calories and such on your own first, but it's worth the time and effort if you plan to use this recipe in your diary more than once :smile: I hope that helps!
