ninpiggy, I'm 5'4'' and 127lbs. I always just calculate 180 calories per 20 minutes. This seems to be the closest aproximation considering I vary between 123-130lbs. ALSO, if you use the "circut training" exercise in the database that will be VERY close.

You can add "sugar" into your food diary settings! Go to food, then settings, then add sugar to nutrients tracked! When I do this it presets my goal at 24. It's hard!!
