Something else to think about is if you are sensitive to carbs, you might also be sensitive to fruits and sodium too. I did WW for a very long time and just couldn't really be successful at it. I've been doing the same thing for the last month or so. I've been sooo good and was so in the zone but lately it's been bad in the evenings. I really have no advice either. I just start over the next day. :smile:

Just pick good, wholesome food, log it into MFP at a calorie deficit and that is all you need.

First of all Welcome! I agree with you. This is my first time counting calories too as well as watching sodium, protein, carbs, sugar, etc and it definitely has been an eye opening experience. I'm loving it! Good luck!

I've made it one time and it was pretty good. It didn't taste like spaghetti squash to me but I still liked it. I think the key is cooking it correctly.

Not all fruit is created equal. Bananas are loaded with sugar! I cannot eat a lot of fruit and when I do I eat strawberries, blueberries, etc. I try to stick with the ones that are lower on the glycemic index.
