  • Started gaining about 2 years post op. Gradually I was able to eat more and I exercised less. I also can eat way more than I should (and I never had the dumping problem that some people do-the only thing I cannot eat is really rich ice cream). My downfall was diet coke-I think it played a big role in stretching the pouch.…
