I have two boxes of 60 at home. 6 a day hasn't killed me. Plus a brilliant and easy source of protein.

Really pisses me off this attitude. Yeah, I cant get on the machines as I normally do but you know what? Change the workout, mix it up. Stop complaining about people with a desire and heart to change and focus on your short-sighted pathetic mindset which needs changing more than anything.

I have a 95/5 rule - 5% of my daily calories can be sweet/sugary. That way I can stay true to my goal.

Everybody here started at day 1 at some point and in 99% of the time, the progress is only positive. Best advice I can give is dont get hung up on failing some days - I failed Sunday by 3000 calories but its not the end of the world and there are plenty more days to pull it back and then some. Stick to the basics and…

The ones which caused me to come here in the first place!

UK, Liverpool. 15lbs in 3 months.

Casein shake with milk

Depends on your point of view. There dont directly help weight loss but depending on the shake contents, it may be a weight management shake, which means it can at least partly replace a meal. But as a general rule, protein shakes are like vitamins - a supplement to an existing diet.

Steak and eggs for breakfast...whats not to like...

Jeez. BMI is still used? Based on BMIs ridiculous measures, Usain Bolt is considered as overweight and would have a BMI more than me. Go figure.

God you look fat - said no mirror ever...

Depends on the day but today was ON Whey Shake - 120 cals, Banana - 100 cals and scrambled egg and toast - 250 cals.

Its a diuretic. Other than that, not much else you'll gain (or lose).
-
Depends what activity you are doing - high-intensity, heavy work like running paired with weight work = more protein requirements. I clock between 120 and 180g each day depending on what I'm doing. Its not hard to get there either. 2 shakes a day = 50g so thats half your target straight away. Meats, dairy products like…

Seriously, get rid of Endomondo. Since Garmin Connect allowed manual workout additions, theres no point using it. Its got worse, not better. I also carry my phone while running and I use a Garmin watch

Seriously, I've seen this kind of BS so many times that I'm now weary of it. Its nice to see no mention of Positive Nitrogen Deficit...clearly not everyone has read about this - unless I've missed something further up the thread.

5lbs?...and your annoyed?...I'd be pretty happy with that.
-
Liverpool - kind of. Feel free to add - god knows I could use the support!
-
I could use some more friends...embarking on a year-long journey to sub-90 min half marathon and lose 15-20lbs in the process.

I have a ONE for several reasons but the main reason I didnt go for a larger, more expensive one is I already ahve a Garmin GPS watch. I find the ONE great - stepcounting and sleep is really all I care about about. It depends what you want out of it. Are you a stat monkey or a stay-healthy type? THAT will dictate what you…

You wont last on here if you're freaking over less than 500 grams...

What exercises have you been doing? Have you lifted weights or just cardio? Would need to know what exercise(s) have got you this far. Personally (having had the same issues), incline dumbell flyes and raises, deadlifts, pushups and military press all help the upper pectoralis muscles pull up any slack there may be.

30 miles per week, if that counts...8 this morning
-
Compared to when? You burn more calories when you weight more.
-
I use a 620...efishient is my name. Feel free to add.

This ^ I use this amongst others, depending on training phase and goals. Any 'reputable' brand would suffice. But again, it all depends on goals. For example, you wouldn't buy a weight gaining protein powder if you were trying to cut.

The Running Man... well, they ran like hell from Buzzsaw and Sub-Zero didnt they?

This ^ Pistols take time to master. I use the kettle-bell gravity-offset trick and it works well. I've only been doing them a few weeks but boy, it gives your legs a going over.... Most likely reason most struggle with them is because we tend to focus on the visible, not the hidden so that's mainly guns, shoulders and…

I've got a 610, add me too!!! Thought there was nobody else out there....
