I have the Fitbit 2 hr because I'm on medication to slow my heart rate. The one thing I don't like is if you don't wear it tight enough and it shifts on your wrist, it often times will count the movement as steps. Not very often. If I do, it's caffiene free, sugar free, and salt free. I prefer flavored water, Crystal Light has a great variety of flavors. Diet soda makes me want to snack - alot.
