Monday Weigh-In PW:267 CW:267 Yesterday, I ook a treat day and what a day it was. I was like a kid in a candy shop - shame on me. I'm recovering from a food hangover; one reaps what one sows. Looking ahead to better decisions.

PW: 269.2 CW: 268.2 @lauren_989 My apologies for not weighing in last Monday. I don't know how or why my day(s) slip away but they do. My daughter is going to be my Monday reminder. I also need to look at my priorities. Today's a new day.

Pizz afruit Weigh-in day: Monday PW: 269.2 CW: 273.0 Last week obviously was not a good week. The reasons, or triggers if you will, are not at issue here. Issues and triggers will continue to happen; how they're handled is up to me. I need to refocus and only look forward.

Weekly Weigh-In Weigh-In day: Monday PW:269.8 CW:269.2 In error I posted this yesterday. I don't know where it went but I can't find it. No matter how large or small, a loss is a loss.

Hello everyone. I have been a MFP member for ten years. I have participated on and off and unfortunately never met my goal. I've returned because it's time for me to see success. I have 129 pounds to lose, would love to get rid of the lymphedema in my right leg, decrease my lower back pain, and wake up feeling good. I've…

The title of what you posted caught my eye. Congratulations! For my health, I need to lose 120 pounds. I presently have terrible knee pain and lymphedema. I'm thankful you took the time to post and so thankful I took the time to read it. I'm sure you'll have continued success;well done.

I'm sorry you're not feeling well. I usually start the day with a sinus headache and by mid morning it's gone. One day cold, the following day, temps warm up and then it's cold once again. I'm convinced that's the problem, and Spring will be a much awaited change. Feel better soon.

I haven't been here for months. I decided it was time to get back in the game. Unfortunately I can't figure this out. Thanks to all who have supported me in the past; I wish you well.

My son volunteered to go on a work furlough in early June. He did so because many of his c0-workers have kids and house payments. He goes back to work next Monday; he needs a change of scenery and I need some alone time. Rather than cause discord, I've been eating alot; to the point where I become so lethargic. And of…

Good morning all. I so enjoy reading all the posts and replies. I admire the enthusiasm, honesty, and most of all the willingness to continue the journey when things don’t go as planned. I’m always amazed at how many of us have challenges in common yet can feel so alone. This truly is where I come for encouragement and to…

Weigh-In Day: Tuesday PW:278 CW:278 When I weigh in I tell myself at least it's not a gain. If I continue with this type of thinking, weight loss simply won't happen. I need to rethink and regroup before my logic turns into - well at least it's only a small gain. :|

I think I'm finally able to bend a little without alot of back pain and was able to stand on the scale. The bruises on my arm and wrist are fading but the ones on my lower back and hips are hanging on. I hope to lose the walker next week when my balance is even better. I'm just thankful I fell into the kitchen instead of…

Pizzafruit Weigh In Day: Tuesday @Jugar - I won't be weighing in this week or possibly next. I fell and am pretty banged up. I'm bruised with a very sore back and am barely able to get around. I'll check in next week. Thanks much.

Being stuck happens all the time to lots of us. I use to be a diet snob - in my thin days I'd look at some and wonder why they just don't shed the pounds. Fast forward to the present; I'm struggling yet again. As corny as this may sound, the good news is that every day is an opportunity to try again. You're here, and…

Pizzafruit Weigh-In Day: Sunday PW:282.2 CW: 285. I'd like to think that the gain is caused by the swelling in my leg but I know that, combined with poor food choices has put me where I am. New week, new attitude.

Hi all! My name is Mary and I’m back after a long absence. I’ve been retired from banking for 6 years and cared for my husband until he died last October. Having my days free leaves lots of time for old habits to come back into one’s life. I need to focus once again on my health before I have to find someone to care for…

I have a Versa 2, I went into A-Fib twice and tracking my heart rate was a life saver for me. I also like the option of changing up the display.
