Look into following the Flat Belly Diet ae advertised by Prevention and published by Rodale Books. It calls for 1600 calories a day. They promote monounsaturated fatty acids which help to keep you feel fully and helps to melt belly fat. I did it a couple years ago and it worked well. I'm following it again but using MFP. I…
