Totally normal and the bane of my existance lol hate seeing that scale zoom up. Just have to remember to to keep doing what you're doing and it will go again

I just work a little chocolate etc into my day or try a really good apple to see if that's enough sweet to satisfy the craving

So thankful we moved from Houston to New Zealand, I do not miss those temps!!

You could do arm exercises in your chair?

I usually cut up a really good apple and eat it slowly to make it last a while, works almost every time

We live in New Zealand now and spend about 200nzd a week for 2 adults and 2 kids, one who eats like an adult. I think we spent about the same when we lived in the US

We either grill it, pop it in the slow cooker with salsa etc to shred or, I love to bake in the oven with some herbs, after the first 15-20min I pop tinfoil over and helps keep it moist

I'm another mum unable to lose weight while breastfeeding (and if I cut cals too much my supply suffers) so I tried to focus on fitness and healthy choices and the weight started to shift after my kids stopped bfing

Yes. I'm a mum of 2 and full time student! I just have to be a bit firm with myself and force myself to log and stick to my cals. I try to get some extra exercise in and pre-log everything leaving cals for a treat or bit of a splurge meal. And if worst comes to worst I just try to stay below maintenance

A box of high protein nut bars,…
