just joined a few days ago, have allready lost 7lb since Jan just on my own, found my fitness pal and have it on my phone, aim to lose a stone by August for a friends wedding

Dont drink too much but every once in a while I do like to have a couple of cans of cider, which are very high in calories. I only just started this a few days ago so for now am using the alcohol in with my calorie consumsion and if i go over then making sure I burn the calories in a work out, will see how this works out…
