^^This^^ :) Love my PB2

The excuse, "I don't have time for exercise or to get fit", usually while they're sitting on the couch watching t.v. Really? You can't take 30-60 mins a day 4-5 times a week to get yourself in shape? I really don't get that excuse at all, and it's quite annoying.

I agree, she's built nice and still looks feminine.
-
I agree, but just 1200 calories would be too low for me, I'd feel like I was starving, lol.
-
When I go out to eat, it's pretty much chicken breasts and veggies, fish and veggies, or bunless burger and veggies. Veggies are usually brocolli, cauliflower, green beans, or squash. Being as I'm a low carber, I don't eat potatoes or corn.
-
Chicken breast with italian seasoning and parmesan cheese.

Metrx Ultramyosyn Whey and Walker's Diet...Both taste good, low carbs, good protein and calories 110 and 130 per scoop..Walker's Diet is a meal replacement drink and packed full of nutrients too, all of them taste good.

You can do it, and you're worth it! :) As you move through the dvd's, day by day, week by week, it will become easier, and you'll see the differences it makes. Make sure you measure yourself before you start so you can compare later on.

That is a great site to help you know what to do.

I've never eaten breakfast. When I was a kid we were poor and only ate lunch and dinner so I just got use to not eating breakfast. I eat breakfast food for lunch or dinner sometimes though.
-
I don't do breakfast but if I did I'd make protein powder pancakes and eat sausage/bacon. :)

30 day shred and Insanity fast and furious
-
I use spicy dijon mustard, olive oil, some spices, and hot sauce on my salads, love it! :)
-
I'm not sure how they taste, never tried them but Walden Farms has a lot of low carb low calorie dressing. http://www.waldenfarms.com/products/dressings.html

^^This^^ Don't give up on yourself, you're too important.

If you're very overweight, followed a good diet, stayed within your allotted calories, and exercised, I'm sure it would be. If you're on your last 10lbs you wanna lose though, i'm not sure it'd be possible doing safely.
-
I did insanity a few years back, but it hurt my knees, I couldn't do that one again.
-
Eggs, sausage, toast, oatmeal, cereal, pancakes, ham, protein shake....you can also find different types of microwavable breakfast biscuits in your grocery frozen food section. I don't eat a lot of bread but that's an option if you do.
-
Meat and vegetables, you can also have breakfast for dinner, I do that sometimes... and if you want something breaded use carbquik or almond flour.
-
I would just ignore him/her. Sometimes people get a kick out of trolling you for no reason.
-
Liver and onions and black licorice are disgusting. Another thing I just cannot eat is olives, ewwww. I've tried to give olives a chance twice in my life. Once as a child, threw up from just the taste of it, and once as an adult, just the smell of them make me sick to my stomach.

Carbquik and PB2 have some good recipes on thier sites. http://www.tovaindustries.com/carbalose/recipe.php http://www.bellplantation.com/recipes If you're use to breaded foods, you're going to want to get some almond flour and/or some carbquik to help you with the changeover so you can make bread, pancakes, biscuits etc.…

Yes, I track it all, even if I forget to track it on mfp, I have a marker board on my fridge I track it with. No reason to bother with it if I'm not going to track everything.
-
For dvd's 30 day shred, extreme shed and shred, and P90 were my favorites that I've done. Insanity did nothing but give me knee problems.
-
Aye this
-
Ice cream
-
Sometimes I mix it with protein powder. Sometimes I just eat 2-4 tbsp of PB2, I also have made many of the recipes they have on their site. The PB2 rice crispy treats were surprisingly good.

Well done!

I only get 4-6 hours sleep a night. I guess I'm just use to it, 18 years with the same sleep hours. Doesn't seem to effect me, but like I said, I'm use to it.
