Thanks all. I feel horrible if I eat before I run, but I have no energy to run if I don't eat. I guess I'll stick to early evening runs.

Every interval is different. Sometimes it is 8 min./ miles and all the way up to 11 min./ miles. I'm very inconsistent. Sometimes there is a little incline and sometimes the opposite which affects my speed I

That just happened to me too. I went on vacation for a week and ate within my range but didn't go crazy. The blast day was my baby's 1st day so I ate ice cream for dinner and a cupcake for dessert. I'm 5'1'' and really don't want to share my weight. I would love to talk to a nutritionist, but I don't have that kinds of money. It is not covered by insurance and extremely expensive, which is why I'm trying to do my own research and figure it out in my own.

I do not have a scale but I do measure, drink 1/2 my weight in water and eat back most of my exercise calories. I'm trying to lose 2/week and my goal is 1200 set by my Dr. I track everything.

I am doing 1200. The more you burn, the more you can eat. Eat more protein, drink more water,and you will be much more satisfied.I love to eat, (hence why i need to lose weight) but sometimes I struggle to eat 1200 net after a super calorie burning day.

I did but I don't get a direct answer. I'm petite but overweight so I just want to make sure I'm eating enough so I lose. I don't want to go onto starvation mode and be stuck.
