Is it true to eat more calories to break through your plateau?
If you ate eating healthy fats (avocado, olive oil, etc....) , will going over your allotment affect weight loss? Do you have to stay in the amount set for you?
If you don't eat your calories by the time you're finished with dinner, should you eat them later in the evening?
So I'm trying to lose weight and am on 1200 cal./day (advised by my Dr.) Do I need to net 1200 after exercising? Or am I supposed to eat 1200 and whatever I burn is what I burn.
