Do you have friend support? You have a happy looking baby in your picture. Find motivation in that. As for the membership, don't stress it. There are litterally millions of different ways to meet your goals without a gym.

I can't help but notice your daily sodium intake. I know you said you leave the gym drenched in sweat but even still. Yesterday you were over the 2500 limit an extra 2000 mgs.

If it's just tight muscles, maybe stretch before and then try doing your workout. Odds are once you get going, the soreness will go away.

I too had the surgery, but with only slight improvements. Sadly losing weight doesn't always work as many fit people have apnea. Lots of famous athletes such as Shaq and Adrian Peterson also have it. I agree but it's a start as she says she has a hard time taking in more than she is presently. Just an idea, but maybe the OP can try making shakes as they are easy to drink. A scoop of protein powder, a few spinach leaves, egg whites, almond milk and some fruit blended up is an easy 400ish calories right there.

I think that if you break 1000 calories down to six small meals, it should speed up your metabulism. as long as your doing your part working out, you should be okay.

How come nobody questions Michael Phelps calorie intake, which is probably way higher than the OP's intake? While I try avoiding some of the things the OP eats, a calorie is after all a calorie. To the OP, my god though you must take 20 craps a day lol.

How many pounds are you looking to lose? I'm wondering if you always do the same workouts day in and day out. If so, maybe consider trying different things. Maybe start lifting weight is not already.
