Well, this is my day so far. About to go to lunch, so I will probably go for a short walk, then continue doing things every hour or 1/2 hour. 9:30 am 65 jumping jacks 10:00 am walked stairs for 1 minute 10:30 am 65 wall push ups 11:30 am 65 second plank

A co-worker & I do something every hour on the 1/2 hour mark all day long. M,W,F we do legs, such as squats, lunges, thighmaster, mountain climbers, walking/running the stairs, and wall sits. On Tues & Thurs, we do arms/abs etc. and do things such as push ups, jumping jacks, crunches, plank. So I am in! We do this anyway,…

I am pretty happy because I didn't do too bad today foodwise. I stayed pretty healthy, and stuck to my lunch that I brought, a salad, rather than eating something else that is bad for me and more filling. And I stayed pretty active all day. Oh, and I drank enough water for the first time ever!!!!! :)
