I am 31 weeks pregnant & haven't done well tracking/exercising, but have only gained 13 lbs so far! Trying to stay consistent through the end of the pregnancy so recovery is fairly easily (hopefully). This will be our 2nd little boy. Big brother is almost 9!

If you are bloating after eating carbs/grains, maybe you could try a Gluten free alternative to the things you're eating. Brown rice pasta instead of whole wheat, gluten-free oats instead of regular, etc. There are plenty of alternatives and that may also help the GERD and bloating instead of eliminating them completely.

95% of the time I don't even go near it because I'd rather eat what I brought than eat the free food. Personally, I feel like crap after eating whatever has been brought (physically, not mentally.. ok, sometimes mentally, too). I'd much rather "leave myself out" and have what I planned.

Politely decline. It's not rude to want to take care of yourself, lose weight, and get healthy. If he has a problem with it, then that's just unfortunate on his part. Our co-workers always have junk food... and EVERY Tuesday a vendor brings in FOUR-FIVE BOXES full of specialty kolaches, muffins, cinnamon rolls, etc. EVERY…

I'm assuming you're working out in the mornings. I typically will eat a hard boiled egg (sometimes maybe an additional one or two, whites only) and a banana pre-workout. That's usually enough to give me some energy without making me feel like I'm going to be sick. I would try to stick with this rule of thumb (again, just a…

None! They're just plain terrible for you!

I would just like to say that no matter which way you go, make sure that you also embrace the lifestyle changes that need to be made. Weight loss surgery does not guarantee weight loss - you will still have to put in the work to make sure you're eating a balanced diet and proper portions. Several of my husband's family…

Water tastes much better with fresh lemon! At least I think so. You could always start out with some crystal light or other type of drink mix to at least get the water down. It's not the absolute best, but better than a lot of other alternatives (soda, juice, etc.)

And she loves her curves! I'm sorry, but curves and lumps/rolls are a lot different. If you watch the video... just no words!

Bulk up your food with LOTS of veggies... carrots, onion, peppers, zuchinni, etc.... I've found that that can make one meal go a lot further. I'd say buy fresh & spend the time to chop and freeze if you need to. You're going to pay more for frozen because of it being prepared and packaged already. Also, ask your grocery…

Why does this questions constantly pop up? Weight watchers? Does it have calories? Yes. Log it.

I'm Whitney...duh! :glasses:

Do you & I have the same child?! LOL. Mine is 6, but this is SO him. His dad & I are super short.... he is a little skinny monster with abs and energy for days! I have been wondering lately these exact same things!

I think you look awesome! Sometimes, I think that while we're losing and our bodies are changing they can sometimes "look awkward" to us. Like, I know I've lost weight and inches, but to me when I look in the mirror my midsection looks bigger than before. But, then I have to check myself and remember that it doesn't come…

Great job!

Apparently, my husband doesn't know how to say "crayon" correctly so he calls ALL crayons "crayolas". LOL such a weirdo! He also says something else realllly weird but right now I can't remember the word... I'll have to post it when I remember, though!

I usually don't/won't work out on day 1 because I always get a fever... weird, I know. But after that I will work out even if I don't want to because it makes me feel better afterwards.

Have never heard of an ugi ball but just looked it up and I can see that being a good piece to invest in!

I'm no expert by any means, but I'd just say try some core strengthening work outs. Not just abs because those aren't your only core muscles. Also, try focusing on your posture and keeping your core tight at times throughout the day. I've been working on improving my posture and I'm finding this helps me a bit.

My hubs has one small little patch on his back (near a tattoo so you really can't see it) but I will shave it for him and also trim up his neck when his hair is in need of cutting but he can't get to the hair salon yet.

I like them all. I think #1 looks really good, but I also like the colors in 3. 4 seems too businessy to me.

Drink lots of water, moisturize, focus on fat loss (try HIIT cardio & also strength training) and be patient. Looks like you've done an amazing job losing the weight! I didn't go check out your diary... but the saying goes "abs are made in the kitchen" so really cleaning up ones diet can do wonders for fat loss!

You're a genius! This is total a line my husband would say to me... He makes fun of me because I played the flute in jr high. So now I get the skin flute jokes often! HAHA
