Würzburg is a great place. Love to run along the Main between Wurzburg and Randersacker. Friends of mine own the Walfisch Hotel.

Exercise that gets the heart rate up helps to burn fat! Need to sweat some...it does pay off.

Do you exercise...along with calorie counting? VB has a great boardwalk to walk/jog/run on and you have the ocean breezes to keep you cool. The exercise allows you to eat more and still reach your goal.
