I have been upping my protein and have added fiber supplements with a prebiotic (not probiotic). This helps me anyway!

Maybe that's my problem? I don't have a goal. I am not fat, but not tone. I don't want big muscles. Maybe I will head for the 4 to 6 weeks of maintaining a routine. I don't know.

The more protein I have (lean protein) I have the better I do. It seems to control my hunger also as a added bonus!

Hot sauce all the way! The hotter the better! I sometimes use a balsamic vinaigrette too, but only when there is not any good hot sauce around :wink:

Don't give up! EVERYONE hits plateaus. What works for me is changing my routine. I love videos so when I get stuck or just bored I find new ones to do. I mostly do sparkpeople, fitness blender, and popsugar videos. You deserve to get fit and healthy! Be nice to yourself and keep on keeping on! Remember, muscle weighs more…

Put them in the pot and cover them with water and add salt. Once the water starts boiling set the timer for 12 minutes. After they are done put them in an ice bath and let them cool completely. The salt makes the water boil faster and helps them peel easier as does the ice bath. Good luck!

Eating fruit for a snack almost daily instead of snack crackers! It is actually more filling for half the calories. Why didn't I ever listen to that advice before now?!

I am new too! Trying to learn the MFP system! I have been on Sparkpeople for about 4 years I think, but it grew kind of stale. Love the trackers here, I just wish there was a mileage tracker too! Good luck on your goals tiny dancer!
