I have changed one thing at a time of the past few years and it seem to have worked okay for me. Exactly what I did! I only use a tiny bit of cream or sugar for "restaurant" coffee. It's usually to strong for me.

Very interesting and informative. I have been trying to chew more (to the point it turns to liquid almost). Even though I have never had digestive problems I worry about it a lot. I try to eat a good amount of fiber everyday and I also eat ginger in my morning oatmeal.

Thanks for the advice. They did give my an information sheet, but exercise is not listed as a do or don't. I am still on pain killers but only half of one plus ibuprofen now.

I don't know it is just a fear. I guess maybe not the stitches themselves tearing, but the skin being held together by them tearing! I'm in enough pain without adding to it. I didn't think to ask my dentist as it was the furthest thing from my mind....I am a wus when it comes to the dentist

I was diagnosed with osteopenia a few years ago. I was advised to start walking daily to jar my bones. I have since started jogging some and lifting light weights (3 to 10 lb). I feel stronger, but have not been retested. I really should go get retested I think. My bones pop a lot when doing certain moves.

Oh that makes me laugh! Just like the other day when I said I had a short walk because of the craps instead of cramps! I was embarrassed, but it made me laugh and that's always a good thing!

Wow thanks for all the tips! I could fit in a round of a weight lifting circuit instead! So.....walking trumps setting on my butt, chores trump walking, weight lifting circuit trumps chores (unless company is coming over!) Thanks for all the advice.
