Does walking at lunch really help?
I can squeeze in anywhere from 1/2 mile to a whole mile most lunches. I hear all the time "every bit helps", but it is a very quick, short walk. If it doesn't really help I just assume get some household chores done. But if it really does then I would probably be more inclined to do it more often!

I had a tooth cut out two days ago and have eight stitches. My face looks like I took a right hook from someone! I can't decided if I need to wait to exercise. I don't want to but I am worried about stitches tearing and throbbing. What to do?

I like to do different workout videos all the time. I think I'm bored as I don't have a current goal.
