I like to do different workout videos all the time. I think I'm bored as I don't have a current goal. Anyway I have read it is good to mix it up to keep your body guessing, but I have also read to to stick with a routine 4 to six weeks to reap any benefits from it!
Please help, I want benefits!!!!

Depends on your goals. There's not any benefit to mixing things up over staying with the same workout when it comes to just burning calories. If you want to get better at running though, the best way is to run. When it comes to lifting the it's best to stick with the same routine for 12 weeks or so. If you change up to much you aren't giving the same muscles the time to improve.0

Maybe that's my problem? I don't have a goal. I am not fat, but not tone. I don't want big muscles. Maybe I will head for the 4 to 6 weeks of maintaining a routine. I don't know.0
