Yves Ground Round... just heat up in a pan with some veggies and you can make a "healthy taco" night. Add a little soy cheese and some home-made guacamole and wrap it all up in a whole-wheat tortilla. Delicious!

I just finished day 3 of level one. So far I really like it! It's quite the workout for only 20 minutes. I don't want to miss a single day, so we can encourage each other if you want. :smile:
