You are a little ahead of the game, which cant be bad, we are doing 20 squats and 20 lunges per leg every day until Saturday, then rest on Sunday. Good luck:)

Ah so you do probably need more hip abduction style exercises for the thighs, and wall sits/lunges; for that lower belly I LOVE bicycle crunches and lying leg lifts, actually inspired to go do a few now! LOL

My fav for thighs is lunges, and wall sits-and hip abduction exercises are great for the hips and saddlebags, although no hip abduction is in this challenge specifically, you can add it in, like side abductions. Google that if you don't already incorporate it.
