I would say 1.5 inch off the hips is a major change in a short time;) congrats!! And ye, a lot if times it's the tone and strength that can't be measured but is seen and felt! I'm sticking to it! Will check your profile. Cmleo has also put hers up, I should do the same????????????

Dear challengers: We DID IT!! Everyone has been so awesome and amazing at this challenge that I must say it pushed me to commit and exceed my own expectations! I have seen changes in the legs n glutes and am so excited that I'm adding week 3/4 to my regime from now on. Maybe not daily but at least 3 times per week…

Such great feedback! Yes I agree, I hate my tummy n wobbly arms so I alternate between arm n abs during the week too. I am seeing a little lift, but the fat above my tush needs at least another month of kickbacks n lifts! But I won't give up! Happy humpday everyone!!

I've done my squats n lunges, added in some other lower body work with a resistance band; I wish I could add it to the challenge coz I was on FIRE! Def worked those toosh muscles today lol! Have a great week everyone!
