I've done my squats n lunges, added in some other lower body work with a resistance band; I wish I could add it to the challenge coz I was on FIRE! Def worked those toosh muscles today lol! Have a great week everyone!0

It's been a great squat day for me ladies, hope you all got it in! If not, let's goooo! Tip: if it's saddlebags you hate, I swear the dude-lying leg lift (preferably WITH resistance band) is the business!! I felt those outer thigh muscles burning up!! It's bit on challenge but I wish it was!!
Kudos to those who got it in, and good luck to those still to do it.

Ladies, sorry I've been quiet, out of town guests with a 1yr old hyperactive kid had me swept off my feet! I can see week two has gone great and so proud of all of us!!
