  • Oatmeal with a little plain yogurt or cottage cheese and 1/2 bannana. smoked salmon on toast or 1/2 bagel is a favorite too.
  • I poach fish "en papilloate" with lemom, dill and a little salt and black pepper. I rub the fish with aboit 1/4 olive oil first.
  • I'll swoon for a butch with a buzz cut! And i prefer someone taller than myself, which isn't hard to come by since I'm 5'3".
  • Sauteed spinach with garlic. Spinch in stir fry. I make spinach dip with lots of spinach, some water chestnuts (or celery) and just enough yogurt to hold it together and whatever spices strike my fancy (I'm partial to curry powder or chipoltle'and cumin--make a great lunch with some raw veggies or pita.
