I'm 5'4" and my maintenance range is 130-135. I'm at 138 right now, and have been holding around 136-138 for a few weeks, so I'm buckling down to get back to my "happy place." At my lowest I was 127 and it just didn't feel right.

Thanksgiving 2011: Feb. 2014 My husband joined MFP in Feb. 2013, I joined in March 2013. We've lost approx 180 lbs combined. I reached my goal weight in October and have been maintaining since then, he still wants to lose another 20 lbs.

I have no clue how to dress myself. I was always very curvy and could never wear juniors clothing, even as a teen. For some reason, my *kitten* is now long gone, and my waist is proportionally wider than it ever was when I was younger/thinner (I suspect this is a result of my pregnancies). So now, at 36 years old, juniors…

I've had a Mirena for 8 years (one for 5 years, took it out & put another one in). I've lost 75 lbs in the last year. So yes, it is possible. I had some problems with my cycles being really short last year and earlier this year (18-22 days instead of 28) so for several months this year, I was actually on the pill as well…

Great ideas so far! Another thing is that time is always an issue for us, so I will definitely talk about meal planning, make-ahead meals, quick meals, and "portable" snacks.

If it satisfies your hunger, it's enough. And eat your biggest meal when you're the most hungry. My breakfast is usually an egg white omelet with spinach, red onions, and feta cheese. I follow that with coffee and a Fiber One bar. I also drink 5 cups of water in the morning- I have a 20 oz water bottle that I fill up first…

Edit to remove broken link, Will try again.

My favorite is this one from Kohls: http://www.kohls.com/product/prd-147215/champion-sports-bra-double-dry-distance-6209.jsp I am a D cup and need lots of support and stability for running.

I am about 5'4.5" and my highest weight (that I know of- I didn't own a scale for a long time) was 207, my MFP starting weight was 202. I am now down to 132, and I do have some loose skin. However, I hit my goal weight 2 months ago and have already been able to see that the elasticity is coming back, and that skin is…

I joined MFP on March 7, 2013, at a beginning weight of 202. I set my goal at 145 (the top end of the healthy BMI range for my height). I hit that goal in September, I think. When I reached it, I still didn't feel my best, and set a new goal of 135. I reached that goal at the end of October and started maintaining. I have…

I didn't experience that glycogen bounce, either. My goal weight was 135, and I typically stay around 134. I've gotten as low as 131, and gone back up to 138 (Thanksgiving!). My goal now is to stay at 130-135.

When I first started trying to lose weight, I used Wii EA Sports Active 2, Outdoor Challenge, and occasionally NFL Training Camp. EA Sports Active was great. I eventually moved on to workout videos (30 Day Shred, specifically), then running, then actually working out at a gym. I may start trying to use our XBox One to get…

I keep thinking I'm sitting on something, but it's just my tailbone, which hardly has any padding anymore. When I was younger, I had a sexy hourglass shape, and it's gone now! I'm very rectangular. I never would have thought my entire shape would change, but my hips are much smaller than they ever have been. I thought…

I can't see it on my phone, is that what you're on? Hopefully you can see this one:

Pictures!! I WANT people to take my picture and I don't want to hide behind my kids anymore. Also, shopping. It's been a long time since I had any real interest in how I looked, other than my clothing being situationally appropriate. Now, I'm looking for cute, colorful clothes that really look good. Unfortunately, nobody…

I'm on my second Mirena, for a total of just over 8 years. I've lost 67 lbs since March, so it has obviously not impeded my weight loss. I'm at goal weight, and at a lower weight than I've been in 15 years. One caveat: Without hormones, I have very short cycles- 18 to 21 days, instead of 28-30. So my ob/gyn put me on birth…

My favorite is FloRida. I also like Maroon 5, Ke$ha, Usher, LMFAO, Macklemore, Ludacris, Black Eyed Peas, Kanye West (I can't stand him but like to run to his music). I need fast paced with mindless lyrics. I ran without my earbuds one day and hated it- I can't stand the sound of my own breathing. I thought, "Oh, I'll try…

I've done the Advocare 24 Day challenge. I lost weight while I was on it, but I've also lost weight while I wasn't on it. You know what else I lost? The money I spent on it. Total waste. Change your diet. Exercise more. Take vitamins if you need them (there's no way the makers of Advocare know what vitamins MY body is…

You are doing so well! Just amazing!

About 7 months.

I've had 2 c/s, lost 65 lbs; I now weigh 137. And I still have belly hang. Sigh. I'm hoping that it will tighten up over time, it feels like it's really just loose skin now.

My goal size was actually an 8. But when I got there, I was still unhappy with some pudgy areas. At the point I'm at right now, I am squarely between a small & medium in workout gear and stuff like that. So I want to work my way down to being a comfortable small, and I think I'll be ready for maintenance. My initial goal…

Wow, I am overwhelmed with all the responses and friend requests I've gotten! To be called an inspiration is very humbling. It's hard to imagine that I could inspire someone else, since it's all so new to me! I reached my highest weight, 207, in January of this year. I lost the first 5 lbs just kind of generally eating…

That's awesome! Congratulations!!

You are amazing! Thank you for sharing your story!

Love your avatar! I have an 8 year old with severe autism. It doesn't make changing your lifestyle easier!

My husband started this journey before I did. His mother came to visit back in April and we were getting ready to go out to a concert. She complimented my husband and then asked me, "are you going to try this diet, too?" I just smiled and said, "I've lost 18 pounds so far." She stumbled all over herself and said she just…

On July 10, 2013, I responded in the first thread: I've lost a 5 gallon water jug! I've now lost a 5000 BTU Air conditioner and an average human brain.

I'm glad to save somebody from it! My tastes have definitely changed since I started watching my calorie intake, and things that I would have once loved I don't even like.
