I just started it back up on Friday. going 5 days a week and adding 3 days of kick boxing and one day each of yoga and abs (all ms michaels of course)

you might be doing it to hard. My first day back at it I was sore, then I stopped over the weekend and went back at it yesterday and I was not sore. But then I am doing the shred plus her other vids...like kickboxing(three times a week) and shred, yoga(once a week) and shred, and abs(once a week) and shred.
