  • I agree with giantwisdom. Start small. When I saw a nutritionist she told me to change things slowly or you lose interest. I went from 2% milk to 1% milk to Skim milk.   • I have Hashimotos disease which means my thyroid is off a lot. I have lost 43 Lbs in a year but I have kept it off. The last 20 for me has been very difficult but I am not giving up. Don't give up, it's possible. My health has gotten better so it's so worth it to continue trying.
  • Sometimes you will go over your calories, that happens. It's okay to have a treat once in awhile. The fact went over cannot be changed now. Maybe pump up the exercise a little more this week. Please don't get too bent out of shape over it. It's okay to have a off day once in awhile as long as it doesn't become a habit
  • Exercise was torture for me too but then I found "Walk away the Pounds" by Leslie Sansone. It's indoor walking with only 4 steps added (knee lifts etc).   • Hi, I am again on a journey of weight loss, life change. I too have medical issues that can be corrected through weight loss. It's definitely worth it. I have to remember to do it for myself. I find it doesn't stick if you do it for someone else. Good luck to you. I want to be strong again like in this picture.
