I went shopping and loaded up on broccoli and other low carb veggies I can enjoy (in moderation) to dip in Ranch. I bought some magnesium today, and I'll cut the pill for now and work up my amounts. I'm no expert here (only on it 5 days so far) but don't eat low fat anything. Up your fat intake. Only buy "real" foods with their natural fat content intact.

Also, one more thing I just noticed. I have extremely oily skin. It's been a lifelong problem. Tonight I washed my face as usual, but I noticed far less shine on my face. I felt my skin, and while it is oily, it's not a fraction as oily as it usually is. Has anybody else had this happen?
