Are flours that aren't made from grains, such as almond flour/meal and coconut flour okay on this diet? I don't mean as a daily thing, but as an occasional treat? Has anybody tried this? What were your results?

Tea
I like iced tea. Not hot tea so much. I like it plain and without sugar, although I occasionally like it with lemon. My question is, can this be a water substitute on keto, or do I need to drink more water to compensate for drinking tea as a water substitute? Also, is green, black, other, or no tea preferred? I slipped
...and it was delicious. I've been craving sweets for 2 hours now. Instead of the cravings getting decreasing over time, they increased. So I caved. And I'm not sure I regret it. that banana was delicious.
