I finally decided to do something with my weight and how I feel about myself. I've tried WW, calorie counting, exercise, nothing works. So after some research and thought, I decided to work with low carb/keto. I've only been on it for just under 48 hours, but I've noticed some changes already. I hope to do this for long-term success.

I have a lot of weight to lose (check out my ticker!), and I will struggle at times, but I intend to see it through. I'm not getting any younger or fitter doing nothing.
