Keep up the good work!

Totally agree!

Try to make it a lifestyle change, long term, not just another short term weight loss program. Being healthy has so many benefits and you should keep it for life. Eating healthy, portion control, exercises. There are many things you can do in winter (boy, I hate winter!) too. Gym, exercises DVDs, Wii (or similar) sport…

I am an MFP addict, totally!!! I looked at my FB probably less then once a week. :-)

Only 2 weeks? Don't worry, give it sometimes. I just talked about the same thing with my trainer, and she said it most likely my body is adjusting, and changing composition. I believe she's right, because I've noticed that I can fit in my old tighter pants better for the last a couple of weeks (stopped lose pounds, it goes…

You are doing right. It's your body and your choice for what you like to put in your body. My hubby was making fun of me a few weeks ago but I told him to be supportive. Now he seems stop doing that. I hope my healthy choice will set a good model for my entire family, for long run. Stick it!

What a good idea to replace the rice with cauliflower!

I'm up for 3000 this week
-
Nope. I am like you, heart rate goes up high (up to 180 when I just started). I talked about this with my trainer and she said everyone's heart work differently. Like my trainer, her resting heart rate is like 45-50ish, but when she workout intensive, it goes up to 200.

Try it! It's good. I tried Jillian's Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism last night. OMG, talking about working the muscles that I don't get used to... But I'm sure want to go back soon

I was so sore and hardly can move up/down stairs after my very first time started a serious workout after many years. It took my body 2-3 days to get back to more comfortable state. After that, my body has been recovery itself in much faster pace.

Listen to your body and give it a day or two to recover. All those muscles need time to rebuild. If you want to workout, switch to something else, work on different part of the body. Try doing some walking or Yoga (not Jillian's Yoga meltdown, something more relax). You body will get to a point recover much faster after…

I have different type of DVDs and prefer using different to avoid my body get used to it, and avoid me getting bored. I also have a treadmill and access to a gym. My DVD workout only used when I didn't have time to go to gym, and didn't want to do a boring run. From my personal experience with JM's shred, the 1st time I…

It all depends on your lifestyle. Sounds like your are pretty tight with your schedule. My suggestion is start workout from home and try to keep it up and get some result. Then may be you can come up with a better schedule that will work out for you.

Exactly

If you have your diary open too, feel free to add me.

It's normal. The best time to weight yourself is in the morning after you wake up, before you eat or drink anything.

Check out this page: http://www.therawyogi.com http://www.therawyogi.blogspot.com He's one of the Yoga instructor in my gym. All about raw food. The guy dropped from 260 down to 170 just switching to raw food.

You can guest it by picking one of the circuit training one, but not really. I did one of JM's DVD a couple of times and with my HRM, my calories burned came out different (due to my heart rates are different). The differences are 50-100. :P I guess I got more fit and the 2nd time didn't take me as much as effort to do the…
