Mainly I try to workout at the gym, more choices, more motivations (ok... I'm motivated by my MFP friends regardless where I am), and less distraction. But I also workout at home with DVDs, usually when it's way too late to go out, or too cold, or I want to double my workout for the day (once @ gym, once @ home) :P. It's…

Agree about the portion thing. I often don't finish the whole meal, take some home for next day.

If the fat-free dressing you got taste like crap, it's not because the fat-free part, it's the dressing itself didn't taste good. I've been using fat-free dressing and keep trying different brands and different types. Go figure, some taste bad, some taste awesome. Try something else.

I saw you opened up your diary. Here are some suggestion: (1) cut your big soda intake (2) eat smaller meal, take more snacks (your body start consume all the calories you ate, if the meal is too big, those calories didn't get used, it will store, regardless if at the end of the day you are under total calories or not) (3)…

I was about to post the exact same question. :0) I just tried Kabocha Squash (Japanese Pumpkin) last night, delicious! I'm going to try to make quinoa shortly.

By looking at your diet, you drink lots of empty calories. That could be the reason that your boby didn't get proper nutritions it needs. You need to eat snacks with high fiber, more protein, etc. Ditch fast food as much as you can. Learn to appreciate fruit & vegi.

Your body needs more than just fruit to function properly. A "diet" is actually all about eating right: right portion size, healthy, balanced. I won' do it.

After sprinting for 1 min, start to jog and do this for 2 minutes 4. Repeat the Sprint, Jog, Sprint, Jog for about 7 times or as…

I was thinking about supplement too, then I looked at my chart, everything seems pretty balanced and good. I only take fish oil now. And I'm keeping closer attention on nutrition labels to get more vitamins, etc. In your case, since you don't eat much, you might want to take multivitamin, protein shake.
