Why r u looking for protein powder? Do you have hard time get it from real food?

120 heart rate? that means you cannot do much. My doc said under 150. But it's all depends on your fitness level. Using heart rate is not really a good measurement. Here is a good article for you to read: "Properly measure your exercise intensity", from BabyFit.com: "The Talk Test Monitoring your exercise intensity is…

I know it can be hard to try to pack lunch while you are tired. But processed food really sucks. My suggestion is don't wait to too late (close to bed time) to pack. Try earlier so you still have some energy. I always pack my husband (he's very busy at work too) a simple healthy sandwich: - whole grain bread - organic deli…

Nothing wrong with how you eat your carb! You are doing with with your ratio (my opinion). You are eating multi grain, brown rice, which are exactly you should be eating!!! You need proper % of carb to provide energy, health to your body. So, the way you are eating is great! Just consider up your total calories.

That too! :-) But you are the only one can judge whether you are satisfied with your body image or not. May be instead of consider instead of focusing on losing "pound", try to work on building more muscles (lower body fat %), which means: 1. with more muscles built, you might gain weight, but keep in mind, you have more…

EAT! First of all, EAT all your exercises calories back! 2nd, with only 3lb to go, and you seems workout hard, you might want to up your calories (with very little deficit). Your body need fuel. If you are not feeding it, it's smart enough to hold on whatever it needs to fuel itself when you are not. So, one word> eat more…

How tall and how heavy are you? Make sure your setting to lose weight wasn't crazy low. You need fuel for your body. If you are starving, consider up your calories, just less deficit and more steady lose which has nothing wrong with that. Lots of vegi help make you full longer and it's healthier. For me, what you had today…

I wish my mother-in-law will do what you are doing here! She's taking so many medicine and think she is too old to do anything to change. You are great!!! Keep up with the good work
