Pay attention to the comments you get from others too. In the past couple of months I've only dropped a couple of pounds but I've been working out like a fiend. It seems like every day someone is asking me how much more weight I've lost...I think its just the workouts toning everything up.0

I actually think these are more important than physical weight... especially when you get stuck in a rut after having lost a bit of weight0
