Cajaun chicken and quinoa either hot or cold next day Rub chicken in Cajun spice pop in oven for 20 Boil quinoa in chicken or veg stock for 15 min for last five add chopped apricots Dry fry 1/2 red onion, red pepper and mushroom and any other veg u like for 15 m Mix all together yum

My sugar is always up too, and its from fruit, I don't worry any more as I love my fruit and know that that is where my sugar is coming from

I am still on the first week of 30ds and it does seem slightly easier than when I first began, guess ill be in for huge shock when I hit level 2!! At least I feel like its a workout that's actually doing something :)

I'm on day four and completely rubbish at push-ups I also hate the skipping as my legs kill me!! But love the abs and lunges as I can really feel them working

I too eat when emotional, especially when I am upset or feeling lonely, I've only just started turning my outlook around and find it really helps to have some healthy food cut up ready to go so that I can (try!) to grab a healthy option over an unhealthy one. I am currently on day four! And it's hard! But I'm already addicted especially as it is 20 minutes which is much easier to fit in. I can't do full push-ups and find the skipping a killer but I determined to keep at it
