5'5" current weight 130 maintaining for around a month aim to loose final 10 but in no hurry, working on building fitness, lowering body fat and putting in place long term healthy life style, rather than 'diet'

I too find coconut oil to be amazing , was really surprised how quickl my skin absorbed it and is a great moisturiser for my long hair

I find myself craving more healthy choices than before, and enjoy fresh stuff way more than previously. Certain processed stuff esp biscuits etc taste more 'chemically' now that I am eating much cleaner than before

I am struggling this week as kids holidays has hit and my regular routine is normally done while they are at school! I am doing the circuits prob 4 evenings as the other ones I am sooo tired, what's good to keep energy levels up? Thank you this is so me! Even though I only started MFP this month I've been working hard at losing weight and toning up for past 9 months, I am so close now but this last bit seems the hardest! I don't weigh every day as its just not motivating for me
