That's my question about TDEE in my post a few mis ago. You got the TDEE with the BMR too? Your 2548 is the calories you are allowed to eat? So to loose weight you reduce the %, right?

Again, stupid question, then where do I find the BMR (since that tool does not provide it)? Was the purpose of entering my current weight in the goal weight slot. Thanks for bearing with me. I think the calorie deficit is interfering with my smarts :P

16 oz?? I thought a cup was 8 oz. To answer your question, I just drink it in. Like the above poster said: chug chug chug! I like water, so it's easy for me.

That's great info. So, you are eating 1400 calories a day total or is that the amount after you exercise?
-
I'm Alex, 33 mom of 2 and need to improve myself too. We can loose together!

That's so encouraging, SleepyNita! What exercises do you log in when playing with the kids?
-
"i would try adding a brisk 30 minute walk to your daily routine" I walk an hour a day when it's not cold out, so now that spring is coming I'll be doing that daily. I guess I'll keep it as lightly active and just log in exercises that i feel are beyond mom-duties.

Yes, I just pulled the recipe from the database. I'll be better about calculating calories for my own dishes. Quarol, I'm obviously not cutting out an entire food. Thanks.

I'll try not frying next time. I just looked at it's 120 calls a Tbsp, I might have used 1 for the fry. Thanks for the recipes- I'll try some of these others with the next batch.

I was wondering if the entry was right. I used the Generic - Pork Chop, Bone-In, Pan Fried, 6 oz, entry. And even that does not know that I used flour. (I did not use that much flour, it's dredging, after all, not breaded.) Anyways, I still have leftovers, so I'll just enjoy it tomorrow, minus the eggplant parm. Oh, and…

Thanks for the helpful advice, everyone. My thought when buying the Whey Isolate was that protein would keep me feeling fuller between meals. If it's not harming me I'll finish up the jar. I spent $60 on it!
-
And BMR is the minimum calories I need to exist or the calories I should have after exercise?
-
Bumping for clarification. I'm drinking 2 Whey Isolate protein smoothies a day. One for breakfast and one for lunch. I mix in apples, pears, strawberries, bananas, blueberries; basically 2 or 3 fruits in with the shake, made with water. My breakfasts and lunches are usually around 300 calories each. I'm not a snacker but I…
