Accurate calorie counts for food

Didn't count steps
When I push my stroller I move my fitbit to my pants- usually my back pocket or front pocket. Today I put it in my waist since I did not have any. I'm just curious about that discrepancy with calories between fit bit and my fitness pal. Who should I believe? It shows that I have about 984 cal left to meet my goal. More fitbit questions
Soooooo are the calories burned on my fitbit supposed to show up on my MFP? EX.. right now my fitbit says 1667 calories burned but MFP says 201. It's showing up today (which it was not yesterday) but they are not matching. I also checked off the box in the settings that allows for negative adjustments. Ideas?

Barefoot Exercising?
Sometimes I do my exercises barefoot ( 30DS) and I feel great doing them. It's easier for me to do the plank moves with out shoes. I'm wondering if I'm causing damage that I don't know about?

I can't do sit ups.
I have never, ever, ever been able to do a sit up. Not even when I was slim and in high school. I can do crunches and bicycle crunches but I can't do a sit up with out weight on my feet! Planks: How to avoid slipping?
I'm having a really hard time keeping my form and not slipping while doing planks. I try to hold the position (I'm doing the 30Day Shred), but I'm constantly readjusting myself because I slip. It's not a dirty shoe or floor (both are clean). Any tips?

I cook a lot at home for my family and I need a tool where I can enter my quantities and it will calculate the calories based on the servings. I've googled and found some, but what are some good ones that you use? I just used one by SparkPeople and it seemed OK.
