Logging 30DS when doing TDEE-20?

Hey guys, should I log in exercise when doing 30 Day Shred and going by TDee-20? How are you doing it? Keep it as is?

I just log it as circuit training 20 minutes0

You can log it but with TDEE you don't eat it back.0
