Whose scale to believe?

I just came back from my doctors office where I weighed 7 lbs more than my home scale. I've used mine since I started my weight loss journey but I'm assuming theirs are more accurate. Whose do I believe?

I would only believe your doctor's scale if it was first thing in the morning, you'd gone to the bathroom, and didn't have anything to eat. Otherwise it will be a lot different.

It was at 4 after breakfast, lunch, tons of water.

I would only believe it if it gave a lower number

I would continue to base your losses/gains on the scale you use most consistently.

I just tested my scale an it's pretty accurate. I weighed a 6.10 oz can of corn (i know, huge! but it's for a recipe) and it weighed in at 7 lbs. So, it's not that off. Good news for me.
