Planks: How to avoid slipping?

I'm having a really hard time keeping my form and not slipping while doing planks. I try to hold the position (I'm doing the 30Day Shred), but I'm constantly readjusting myself because I slip. It's not a dirty shoe or floor (both are clean). Any tips?

I've found that doing them on a carpet has helped me. Or if I'm not at home and a slick floor is all I have, I add some moisture to my shoes to add a little bit of friction. Cheers!0

It's not the shoes but the way you do them. Planks will work your core but your arms and legs have to be able to support themselves to soem degree, so work them feet/toes!0

Try using a yoga/non-slip mat.0
