I hear my voice within your post; just yesterday I was considering taking the same vow. Ever since I started reading labels more closely and working on staying under my daily limit, I have been obsessed with the numbers on the scale. I have hit a point where it is starting to make me feel depressed and impact my…

I currently weigh 206lbs and my goal is 160. I am very competitive so look forward to these challenges you speak of. Feel free to add me if…

Remember that although you may not be satisfied with your weight and lifestyle now that it is completely normal. You are at the beginning of your journey towards being healthy and some day you will look back and remember this day. Although I started back on my journey only a month and a half ago, I still have overcome…

Ok here it goes.... A few confessions in random order: 1) I sometimes lie about my weight because nobody guesses that I weigh over 200lbs. 2) I steal fries from my boyfriend when we get lunch together but refuse to buy my own. 3) I wear my pants up to my bellybutton to make my stomach appear smaller. There ya go.

Hello! My name is Lindsay and I have been playing DDR recreationally for 10 years. I own every title of ddr that came out on ps2 including "In the Groove." I also have played the Mario one that came out for the gamecube and have 3 titles for the xbox 360 (although my system is presently not working so I have not played it…

I use a cobalt flux cf pro platform (retail $299) and it is no longer sold. I recommend anyone whom plays regularly to get something of similar tournament/arcade quality. I have used pads that have claimed to be "non slip" and always either hurt my foot from stomping too hard or moved the dance pad through play. As a…

You are very lucky to have found someone that accepts you for who you are. My concern is that my boyfriend also has the same type of attitude but I explained to him that it is important to me to be healthy. :)

Thanks for your help; so far that's the only answer I have. I did find a submission for "AM/PM coffee" but that was for 250 calories O.o

Your gif totally made my night. :) OP: If you are concerned only about cholesterol, you should also be aware of how much fat, sugar and carbohydrates you are eating. Without proper exercise, excess amounts of these will contribute to high cholesterol (especially triglycerides). I personally love hard boiled eggs but only…

Honey also makes a delicious sweetener. One of my favorite alternatives is to mix a squirt of chocolate syrup to make something similar to a mocha.

I'm in! I'm on day 24 right now consecutive. My 30 day goal will be on February 1st. Today I decided to make beef enchiladas for dinner; had two servings and realized later that it was not a good choice. Either way they were super yummy. Next time I shall make less so I am not tempted to have two servings.

I take them in the morning with my multi-vitamin so always drink at least 8oz water.

Now that you mention it; I did notice that they are labeled sugar free. I have never had a problem with artificial sugars, but do limit my diet to only stevia. After checking the label they do contain sucralose; I will be doing some more research. Thanks for the tip!

Thanks for your advice! Nope I do not have any allergies or intolerance from gluten. I will try your method and see how I feel in a week. :)

The best thing you can do is educate yourself about your options. High cholesterol can be caused by many things and as others have mentioned it also depend on what part of your cholesterol is high. Omega 3 is great for lowering cholesterol (fish oil, flax seed, fish and flax seed are great sources). I personally have high…
