I want to work the flab on my arms my inner thighs and belly. I really want to work everything I'm just not feeling it is all and my house is too small to do past level one :( I just incorporate my own stuff and go with it :)

If you are doing the 30 day shred (I am too) you are probably gaining muscle which weighs more than fat. Try only weighing yourself once every two weeks and make sure to do measurements too. Add me as a friend if you like and there is also a 30 day shred group! Good luck and don't give up YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!

Eating from a plate of an unappetizing color is helpful too. I know it sounds weird but it really does work. :)

I love my exercise ball! I have issues with my spine that limit a lot of exercise like sit-ups but I can do them with the ball and they are just as effective and it was under $10!! Plus you can work a lot of other areas too!!

I have done this but it was a 3 day on 4 day off, with the 4 days eating sensibly and the 3 days on were very specific foods in very specific amounts. And no I didn't end up in the hospital.

It's just withdraws like with quitting anything and it will get better! You can get the same "happy boost" from exercising. Good Luck and remember never deprive yourself completely, that's just setting yourself up for sure failure. :)

I agree with FJDodd, try to plan for the days you know you'll be eating out or higher calorie/fat foods. I bet you'll feel better in the end and have better results. And hey if you go over just do some extra exercising!! Have a glass of water or two before you eat to keep from eating too much.
