Pico de gallo is great as a salad dressing. As others have said, use the recipes function here to create your own recipe for future uses. Easy to do. I am craving pico now!

Use Firefox as your browser. It has a built-in spell check feature for all text boxes

I added them as exercises for me, but I just noticed that the exercise database doesn't allow member additions. I started with the numbers for aerobics, general and then created a new exercise using those numbers because I don't have a HRM.

I know that Start it Up and the Ramp it Up are already in the database.

I found a cocoa roasted almond snack pack this weekend. 100 calories for the serving. Wonderful!

Doing the 21 day program, so I am close to being done on Oct. 15. I want to play. I'm using the drops D1--Loading

Go to ExerciseTV.tv and look for the 6 Round Slim Down. It is an intense cardio, core, and strength workout that spends quite a bit of time on the lower body, but also on the core and upper body for toning. I love it. I have Exercise TV on my cable and it is on free through mid-October. I am going to have to buy it $6.99…

I am with you on this one. Baby carrots with spicy hot homemade salsa! Melba toast is a good crunch too. Shortcut homemade salsa Recipe 1 can Rotel, drained squeeze of lime juice garlic powder or minced garlic cilantro Blend in a food processor to the desired "chunkiness."

You are welcome. I made it last night and then had leftovers for lunch a few minutes ago.

6 Round Slim Down--You have to try this! I have Exercise TV on Demand through Cox Cable and I found this 40 minute workout yesterday. It is a GREAT workout! I can do the full Ramp it Up and not feel the burn or really feel like I have had a great cardio workout. I did 20 minutes of this one yesterday and was WIPED OUT!…

Check out this from the National Institute of Health. http://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/guidelines/obesity/bmi_tbl.pdf As someone said, to each her own. I stand by my comment of checking with your doctor to find out where your healthy weight is for your personal situation.

Have you checked with your doctor? You are at a healthy weight based upon the information given. Maybe you just need to tone for the sleek look.

Not doing Slim in 6 every day. I have TV on Demand and will look for one of their routines more than the Sn6 DVD. I do Sn6 once or twice a week as I don't seem to get the same level of cardio or burn from Sn6 as I do with other things. I like the Sn6 for the waist workout.

In most cases a second bachelor's degree is typically not a good use of resources UNLESS you are going into a completely different field of study such as in your case. I would start by looking at the master's degree program you want to complete and talking to a graduate advisor. It is possible that you can begin the…

I've been through the full Slim in 6 routine several years ago. Timing is tough, but tonight I had some extra time and did the Ramp it Up since even with weights, the Start it Up wasn't giving me any burn this week. Made it though everything but a few reps of the leg/butt routine. Other than the burn from the extra abs and…

Go to MY HOME Check-in At the bottom is a change entries link. From there, you can edit previous entries. The place is at the bottom of the page. Hope that this helps.

So far, a packet of tuna and a cup of green beans. I have my yogurt for when I am ready and a small can of V-8 and a piece of fruit to get me through the afternoon.

I just use the Start it Up and add hand weights to increase the strength training and intensity. I don't have the time to move to the Ramp it Up series. I also do the Flexibility routine. Between the two, it is over an hour per day.

I am on Day 3 also! Hang in there. I have done this DVD before with really nice results on the waist measurement. I like the results, but Debbie drives me crazy. :ohwell:

BCBS of Oklahoma offers an incentive as well. It is a $29 sign-up and $29 per month for membership at many of the local gyms. Our local memberships are typically $60 - $75/month, so a great savings.

According to the JNC-7 Guidelines, a diagnosis of high blood pressure comes when you have had a minimum of 2 readings over 140/90 (either number high) during two separate visits to the doctor. You need to be monitoring your blood pressure under the guidance of your doctor, but if you make lifestyle changes now, you MAY be…

I don't track, but then I usually "unplug" if I am on vacation. It is a personal choice. Do what you think will be best for you.

Go by measurements instead. It is more accurate. 1 - 2 inches usually equals one size.

Just some suggestions! Make yourself drink a glass of water BEFORE you can have a Mt. Dew. Always have water at hand and put the Mt. Dew somewhere that you would have to go get it. If you work in an office, Keep water at your desk and the Mt. Dew in the break room on a different floor if possible. Use unsweet iced…
